ARMA Conference October 2017
Following his article on Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCA’s) in ARMA’s AQD and his presentations to RICS CPD, ARMA asked Michael to lecture at the 2017 ARMA Conference on what property managers need to know about Re-instatement Cost Assessments in addition to an update on the Grenfell disaster on Property Managers and their clients.
With his experience in valuation, surveying and property management plus his knowledge of insurance broking, Michael gave a 360° view to Property Managers on the issues facing them.
