ARMA 2010 Conference and ARHM 2010 Conference on LVTs and the Upper Chamber
This was a three way presentation of a case study with Michael Lee as Expert Witness, Jeff Platt at LVT and Justin Bates as Counsel. It gave practical advice to property managers on how to prepare for and present a case before the LVT.
Michael strongly believes that property managers need to be given the tools to do their job effectively. In addition to ’on the ground advice’ Michael provided them with:
- A sample case analysis to help identify the issues and the evidence required
- A sample Scott schedule to summarise each issue and each side's point
Counsel’s view was then given by Justin Bates.
How the Tribunal deal with such cases and matters was dealt with by Jeff Platt.
The result was an engaging and interactive presentation.
